Cancellation policies

A deposit of 50% will be necessary to guarantee your reservation.
The balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
Additional costs like beverages, excursions, etc. must be settled prior to departure.

Cancellation policy:
59 days before the arrival 50 % of the full prepayment amount will be forfeited.
30 days before the arrival the full prepayment amount will be
forfeited.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so in writing.

No-show:
In case of no-show non refund will be made. 100% of the full booking value.
